Re-download the firmware file and load the flash firmware and complete, make sure you get the "success" file message at the end.

It was suggested by a fellow HAM that the solution is to wait for the acknowledgement full complete of the loading of the flash firmware "success" file

    Make sure you get the "success" message at the end of the flash, otherwise the flash may not be complete or may be corrupted.
